Storm King Decision

Storm King Decision is a multi-phase public art project celebrating stewardship and the birth of the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Resources Defense Council.

Inspired by the 1965 Scenic Hudson Decision, this project honors the landmark legal case that established the right of citizens to challenge development on environmental grounds, ultimately protecting Storm King Mountain, Black Rock Forest, and the Hudson River.
